COVID – 19: SANITARY PROTOCOLS FOR PASSENGERS ARRIVING IN PERU

Men of18 years of age must prove that they have applied the three (3) doses of vaccination against COVID-19 in Peru or abroad.

People aged 12 to 17 must prove that they have received the first and second doses of vaccination against COVID-19 in Peru or abroad.

Foreigners not resident in Peru, whose final destination is the national territory as passengers and regardless of the country of origin, must have vaccination according to the scheme of their country of origin.

As an alternative to the accreditation of their vaccination, any person may present  a negative molecular test with a result date not exceeding 48 hours before boarding at their point of origin.

People under the age of 12 only need to be asymptomatic to board.

Those who show symptoms when entering Peruvian territory will enter mandatory isolation upon arrival. Similarly, the National Health Authority is empowered to take molecular tests (PCR) to passengers arriving in the country.

Passengers must wear appropriate respiratory protection (double mask or a mask with high filtration capacity: N95, KN95, etc.).
